Delivery type
There are two delivery types:

Create sending messages
Before creating a delivery, study the Configure delivery
Go to the Beesender workplace, to the Outbound section
Click Add
In the window that opens, fill in the required data:
Name | The name of the delivery, set arbitrarily |
Delivery category | Choose a category from the list:
Does not affect the type of information sent to the user. The category selection can be used to collect statistics or group mailings into separate categories. |
Delivery type | Choose a type from the list:

Delivery start type | Choose a type from the list:

Content | Select a content type from the list and fill in the fields on the Content tab corresponding to the selected content type |
Delivery schedule | If the launch type is scheduled, fill in the required fields on the Delivery schedule tab and click Add to schedule |
Recipients | On the Recipients tab, select the recipients to whom you want to send the delivery |
Channels | Select the channels through which the delivery will be sent |
Send | If the delivery start type is selected - By command, click the Send button to send the mailing list |
Delivery status
In the distribution card, you can see the status of the distribution in the Status field.
Delivery can be in the following statuses:
Ready to launch
Pending
Performed
Completed
On the Recipients tab, you can track which of the recipients was delivered / not delivered a message.
Restrictions
The recipient of the delivery can only be a Contact in Creatio who has at least one communication channel on the details of the communication options.
It is also necessary that at least one Beesender chat exists with this recipient.
All chats with the recipient at the time of sending delivery must be closed.
