If you left the chat without sending the entered reply, the application will automatically save a draft message. You can return to editing the answer at any time after returning to the chat. The draft will be displayed in the text input field.

In the text input field, the agent has next options:

Emoji

To send an emoji, click the button (blue star)

The selected emoji will be inserted into the text input field.

Answer templates

To simplify and speed up the work, you can use answer templates.

  1. Click (blue star) or chatbot or in the answer box type / and select /answer, or type /answer and press enter

  2. Select the answer template from the list

As a result, the answer template will be inserted into the text input field. You can edit this text as you wish.
