Configuring Endpoint and adding Custom Channel

Let’s start with adding a Custom Channel in Creatio.

  1. Go to the System designer  > Beesender chat configuration > Channels

  2. Click + and select Custom Channel

To add the custom channel you need to type your Endpoint address, which will receive operator and chat-bot answers from Creatio.

After adding this channel, the system will send a test hook to the specified address. Use received id in API requests.
