Preparatory stage. The Creatio system to which you plan to connect Instagram Direct must have the current Beesender package installed. You can install Beesender from the Creatio marketplace by following this link.

Preparing an Instagram account.

Check whether your Instagram account is professional.
- If the account settings say "Switch to personal account", you can skip this step and go to the next step
- If your account settings specify "Switch to professional account", you will need to make the switch
- Then select a profile type
- Choose a category
- Save your settings

Connecting Instagram account to Facebook

If you have already linked your Instagram account to your Facebook account, please proceed to the next step.

Go to the Page tab
Choose your page and click Switch Now
Go to the Settings & privacy tab
Click to the Linked Account tab
Choose the Instagram tab and click Connect account
Click Connect
Enter the username and password for the Instagram page that will connect to Beesender and click Log in

Add Instagram Comments channel to Creatio

1. Go to the System designer > Chat configuration > Channels

2. Click + and select Instagram Comments

3. Click Continue with Facebook

4. Enter the password for the Facebook user who is the administrator of the Facebook page

5. Click Edit settings

6. For the Facebook page where Instagram was linked, fill in the checkbox and click Next

7. Check that all page options are enabled and click the Done

8. Click OK

9. In the add channel window, click Attach page

10. If the synchronization is successful, the window will show the status "Successfully"

11. Fill in the channel name (a) and channel weight (b)

12. Click ADD

Specify for which agents (employees and chatbots) this channel will apply. The setting is made via the "Agents" detail when setting up the channel.
