Switching to the old communication panel interface
You can switch to the old communication panel interface using the section Feature togging, setting UseBeesenderInterfaceV1.
Steps:
Go to system designer
Open the Workplace setup section
Select the workplace where you want to display the Feature togging section
Click “Open”
In the Sections detail, click on +
Select Feature togging
Reload page
Go to the Feature togging section
Enter the name of the setting UseBeesenderInterfaceV1 in the input field
Go to settings
Set an active checkbox in the State field
Click “Save”
Reload page
That's all, you have changed the agent communication panel to the old interface!
If you do not want to display the Feature togging section in the workspace, then you can insert the word Features in the address bar after /0/ (for example, https://crm.creatio.com/0/Features) and press Enter on the keyboard. Using this method you will immediately get inside the Feature togging section.
