Chat summary by AI
The сhat summary by AI feature automatically generates a brief and informative summary of a completed chat. After the dialogue with a client ends, the system analyzes the entire conversation and creates a structured summary in the system language — highlighting key questions, provided solutions, and other important points of the interaction.

How to enable the feature?
By default, the сhat summary by AI feature is disabled.
To activate it and start receiving intelligent summaries of your conversations, follow these steps:
Go to the System Designer;
Click “Beesender chat configuration” in Import and Integration;
Navigate to the “AI settings” tab;
Set the value of the “Enable summary by AI” box to true. The action will be automatically saved;
Close the page.
The language in which the summary is generated depends on the system setting “Default language for messages”. The default language is set to English
Where to find the chat summary?
In the chat card, under the "Summary" tab — the “Chat summary by AI” field is filled automatically after the chat is completed
When starting a new chat with the same client, the summary is shown in the Communication panel, helping agents immediately understand the context of previous conversations
