Outbound in marketing campaigns

Before installing the Beesender Outbound app, make sure you have the Beesender Bot Master app installed

Installing an application from a file

  1. Open the Application Center

  2. Click New Application

  3. Select Install from file

  4. Click Select File

  5. Select the Beesender Outbound package

  6. Click Open

Done. The Beesender Outbound application has been successfully installed on your environment

Creating a campaign with mailing

To create a campaign using a mailing list, you need to create a mailing list with launch on command, without specifying recipients. If the corresponding mailing has already been created, proceed to the points of creating a campaign.

  1. Go to the Beesender workplace, to the Outbound section

  2. Click Add

  3. In the window that opens, fill in the required data:

Name

The name of the delivery, set arbitrarily

Delivery category

Choose a category from the list:

  • informational

  • marketing

  • service

Does not affect the type of information sent to the user. The category selection can be used to collect statistics or group mailings into separate categories.

Delivery type

Choose a type from the list:

Delivery start type

Choose a type from the list:

In marketing campaigns, you can only send a mailings with the delivery start type – By command

Content

Select a content type from the list and fill in the fields on the Content tab corresponding to the selected content type

Recipients

Do not add the recipients of the outbound, they will be added automatically from the participants of the marketing campaign.

Channels

Select the channels through which the delivery will be sent

Save

Click Save

  1. Go to the Marketing workspace, Campaigns section

  2. Click New

  3. Enter a campaign name

  4. Open the company card and click on Edit campaign flow

  5. The “Default campaign execution frequency” setting sets the frequency of campaign launch.

    The campaign will be re-sent at the specified frequency to participants who have not received the newsletter.

  6. In the window that opens, add the following items:

    • Add audience - add campaign participants

    • Outbound - select a outbound from the directory

    • Exit from campaign - enter a filter to exit participants from the campaign

  7. Exit from the element Outbound can be customized, for this purpose add a Conditional flow from the element Outbound and configure the following settings:

    • Enable delay before executing an element? - select a value from the list:

      • No, execute after the previous one - Do not use this value if you plan to use the condition Step Result - Customize Responses for Participant Transmission

      • Yes, for specified time period - fill in the blanks:
        Participants switch to the element “Exit from campaign” after the specified delay time and the next time the campaign is launched

        • Delay unit - select days or hours

        • Quantity - enter an integer value

        • Timer validity - check the checkbox “Exact time” and specify time in the corresponding field, or leave the checkbox empty

    • What is the result of the Outbound step? - select a value from the list:

      • Transfer participants regardless of their response

      • Set up responses for transferring participants, select one:
        When using this value, specify the delay time before the next item is executed, for example 1 hour for a mailing to 500 recipients
        Participants switch to the element “Exit from campaign” the next time the campaign is launched and the setup condition is met

        • Sent - only those participants to whom the mailing was sent will be passed to the next item (see the status the Recipients tab in the outbound card)

        • Not sent – only the participants for whom the mailing was not delivered will proceed to the next element (see the status on the Delivery recipients tab in the outbound card)

        • Reacted – only the participants who replied (sent a response message) to the outbound will proceed to the next element
          Important! There should be no chats with the campaign participant who sent the message during the time specified in the system setting “Reaction to delivery time”.

    • Which conditions must the contacts meet to transition to the next step? - select a value from the list:

      • No additional filtering conditions are needed

      • Set up filtering conditions - select a filtering object from the list and add filtering conditions

  8. A customized Conditional flow can be saved as a template and used in subsequent campaign schemes

  9. Click Save

  10. In the campaign card on the Campaign flow tab, the created scheme will be displayed, and the Start button will become active in the sidebar

  11. Fill out the campaign profile to your liking

  12. Click Start

As a result of the campaign launch, a new mailing will be created in the Outbound section, which will be a copy of the mailing selected in step 6 in the item Outbound. The campaign participants will be listed on the Recipients tab what was specified in step 6 in the element Add audience
