Setting up a Bot-prompter

  1. For the AI prompter to work correctly, add the system settings:
    - BeesenderOperatorToken
    - BeesenderAIServiceId
    - BeesenderAIBearerToken

If no values are filled, please reach out to our technical support team. They will supply you with all the required information.

You can reach our technical support via different channels:

  1. In the Knowledge base section, add articles that will be used to generate hints for the operator's response.

  2. In the Beesender chat configurateon section, on the AI Settings tab, add AI learning sources.

Enabling the ”AI suggestions" functionality

By default, the Besender AI Chat Assistant functionality is disabled. To activate it, you need to do the following:

  1. Go to the Feature toggling section

  2. In the search bar, enter Use Beesender bot prompter (AI suggestions)

  3. Activate the Is enabled checkbox

  4. Click Save all

  5. Log out and re-log in

Ready! The chatbot prompter is enabled. When communicating with a client, prompt responses will be displayed in the operator's communication panel.
