Add templates

Getting started

  1. Go to System designer;

  2. Click Beesender chat configuration in Import and Integration;

  3. Go to Templates tab

Create Answer template

  1. Click near the detail Answer template

  2. Fill in all the fields in the window that appears:

Name

Set the name of the template, for example, “Greeting

Type

Select the type of template, for example, Dialog

Text

Enter the message text that will be filled in the Text input field when this template is selected in the communication panel

  1. Click Save

The added Answer template is displayed in the details. After updating the page, the template will be available for selection in the Communication Panel.

Answer templates can be sent in any channel, but only within 24 hours after the client's last interaction with the company.

Create WhatsApp template (HSM)

In the same way as Answers templates, WhatsApp templates (also known as HSM) can be added.

To create a WhatsApp template (HSM), follow these steps:

  1. Click near the detail WhatsApp templates

  2. Fill in all the fields in the window that appears:

Name

Set the name of the template, for example, “Greeting

Provider

Choose a WhatsApp provider.

*Without installing additional packages, the WhatsApp channel connects to the Twilio provider

Template name

Enter the name of the registered template from the provider's account.

Language

Select the template language specified during template registration with the provider.

SID

Enter the SID of the registered template from the Twilio account.

*The field is filled in only for the Twilio provider

Text

Enter the message text that will be filled in the Text input field when this template is selected in the communication panel

  1. Click Save

The added WhatsApp template is displayed in the details. After updating the page, the template will be available for selection in the Communication Panel.

Important! HSM messages are used to send messages from the operator both inside the 24-hour window and after 24 hours from the customer's last interaction with the company on WhatsApp.

Create Facebook template

Facebook templates are used in Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct channels.

To create a Facebook template, follow these steps:

  1. Click near the detail Facebook templates

  2. Fill in all the fields in the window that appears:

Name

Set the name of the template, for example, “Greeting

Name

Set the name of the template, for example, “Greeting

Tag

Select the necessary tag.

* The Instagram Direct channel has templates available only with the Human_agent tag.

Text

Enter the message text that will be filled in the Text input field when this template is selected in the communication panel

  1. Click Save

The added Facebook template is displayed in the details. After updating the page, the template will be available for selection in the Communication Panel.
