Upon receipt of a new chat from a client who did not previously write through the current communication channel, the client’s contact will not be determined. In this case, the client can be tied to the existing contact or to the newly created.

  1. Click (blue star) near the client’s avatar in the operator’s communication panel:

2. In the opening window that opens from the directory, select contact or create a new one.

Done. The client is tied to contact. The contact value will be filled automatically in all chats in which the current client communicated.

In order to untie the contact, click [start the process] and select [unbind the channel from contact].
