If you left the chat without sending the entered reply, the application will automatically save a draft message. You can return to editing the answer at any time after returning to the chat. The draft will be displayed in the text input field.
In the text input field, the agent has next options:
Emoji
To send an emoji, click the button
The selected emoji will be inserted into the text input field.
Answer templates
To simplify and speed up the work, you can use answer templates.
Click or in the answer box type / and select /answer, or type /answer and press enter
Select the answer template from the list
As a result, the answer template will be inserted into the text input field. You can edit this text as you wish.

Attach file
Beesender chats allow you to send and receive files of various formats
Click or in the answer box type / and select /attach, or type /attach and press enter
In the opened window select a file
The selected file will be sent to the client

You can send useful information to the client using knowledge-base articles
Click or in the answer box type / and select /base, or type /base and press enter
In the opened window select a knowledge-base article
As a result, the selected knowledge base article will be inserted into the text input field. You can edit this text as you wish.
