 What is Beesender?

Beesender is an add-on to Creatio that allows you to use chats and chatbots to interact with customers and employees.

 How is Beesender different from the competition?
  1. All communication takes place from the Creatio interface in real-time. The operator uses all sections and functionalities of Creatio, communicating with the client from the side communication panel.

  2. Beesender allows you to create button chatbots using the Creatio business process designer. The bot can show information to the client from Creatio or vice versa, enriching the client profile. In addition, the client can use the chatbot to initiate the launch of business processes.

  3. It is possible to customize hybrid dialogues (bot-operator-bot) with flexible configuration of the chat and routing rules between agents, groups of agents, and chatbots.

  4. Beesender adds instant messengers to the communications in the "Contact Card”. Any user who has a Beesender Chat Master license can initiate a new chat with a client or continue a previously finished chat.

 Which versions of Creatio support Beesender?

Beesender can be installed on any Creatio type, starting from version 7.11.

 How to install Beesender?

Beesender is installed as a separate package to Creatio. This means that the Beesender can be both cloudy and server-based. It is the same as the Creatio on which it is placed.

 What is the principle of connecting to communication channels?

Installed on Creatio Beesender package communicates with our cloud with connector for all communication channels. The connector acts as a chat router, it does not record the client’s information. You can install a connector on the company’s server (on-premise). This service requires mandatory annual maintenance.

 Types of Beesender licenses?

There are two types of licenses: Beesender Chat Master (for agents) and Beesender Bot Master (for chatbots). Registered licenses are non-competitive.

 How to understand how many licenses are needed to connect chatbots?

The number of chatbots is determined by the number of unique starting replicas or sets of buttons in the first chatbot menu. The license does not depend on the size of the chatbot.

1 chatbot = 1 business process = 1 license

Each license is omnichannel. Button chatbots are configured in the:

  1. Viber

  2. Telegram

  3. Facebook Messenger

  4. Chat on the corporate website (online consultant)

  5. Message in the Personal Cabinet (as an additional channel from the site)

  6. Skype

Non-button chatbots are available in:

  1. WhatsApp

  2. Twitter

  3. Instagram Direct

 Subscription or eternity license?

There are both options.

 What Creatio users can get if they don’t have Beesender license?

Beesender creates a registry of chats (dialogues) in a separate section of Chats. Any Creatio user has access to all chats analytics by chats.

 What is needed to install Beesender?

Each operator must have a Creatio license and the Beesender Chat Master license. You don’t need special (separated) Creatio licenses to launch the Beesender Bot Master license.
