Preparing an Instagram account Check whether your Instagram account is professional.
If the account settings say "Switch to personal account", you can skip to step 3
If your account settings specify "Switch to professional account", you will need to make the switch
Select profile type
Choose a category
Save your settings
Connecting your Instagram account to Facebook Check whether your Instagram account is linked to the company's Facebook page.
If the Instagram account you plan to connect to Beesender is populated in the Instagram Facebook settings, you can proceed to step 4
If the Instagram account you plan to connect to Beesender is not filled in in the Instagram Facebook settings, you need to connect it
Go to manage the Facebook page, which will be linked to the Instagram account
Go to page settings
Go to the Instagram setting
Press the "Connect account" button
Enter the username and password for the Instagram page that will connect to Beesender
Once the Instagram account has been linked, you will see information about the linked account on the Facebook page
Connecting Instagram Direct to Beesender
Go to Creatio. In the system designer, select the "Chat set-up" section
Add a new channel
Choose Instagram channel
Press the "Continue with Facebook" button
Enter the password for the Facebook user who is the administrator of the Facebook group from step 3
Press "Change settings"
For the Facebook page where Instagram was linked, fill in the checkbox and click "Next"
Check that all page options are enabled and press the "Done" button
In the notification window, press the "OK" button
In the add channel window, press the "Attach page" button 14
If the synchronisation is successful, the window will show the status "Successfully"
Fill in the channel name (a) and channel weight (b)
Press the "Add" button
Specify for which operators (employees and chatbots) this channel will apply. The setting is made via the "Operators" detail when setting up the channel.
