Before installing the application, make sure you have the Beesender licenses and an active token.

Installing the Beesender application from Marketplace

  1. Go to Application Hub

  2. Click New application

  3. Select Marketplace powered

  4. Select the application Beesender Chat Master for Creatio or Beesender Bot Master for Creatio

  5. Click Install

Done. The Beesender application has been successfully installed on your environment. You can go to the configuration

Installing the Beesender application from File

  1. Go to Application Hub

  2. Click New application

  3. Select Install from file

  4. Click Select file

  5. Select the Beesender-Chat-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 or Beesender-Bot-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 application received from Beesender tech support

  6. Click Open

Done. The Beesender application has been successfully installed on your environment. You can go to the configuration

The Beesender-Bot-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 application contains all the logic of the Beesender-Chat-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 application. The main difference is that Bot Master contains functionality that allows you to work with chatbots: create your own chatbots, transfer chat to a chatbot, view statistics related to chatbots and others. With Bot Master application, you can also access such elements of the business process as: Beesender: Send location, Beesender: Send Image, Beesender: Send File, Beesender: Text message, Beesender: Ask a question.

Note. If you encounter errors while installing the application, click Download log and contact Beesender technical support using any of the available methods.

Compilation

If you are installing an application with a new version of Beesender, then after installation it is necessary to compile system.

  1. Go to the System designer 

  2. Go to the Advanced settings

  3. Click Compile

  4. Select Compile all
