Install the Beesender Outbound application
Install the Beesender Outbound application from Marketplace
Go to Application Hub
Click New application
Select Marketplace powered
Select the application Beesender Outbound
Click Install
Done. After successful installation, proceed to the next step.

Configure delivery
Delivery type
There are two delivery types:
Message
With Beesender outbound application, you can send messages to customers with the following types of content:

Macroses
In messages with a content type that includes text (text, text and picture, text and file), you can insert macros in the Delivery message text field.
Available macros:
Given name
Middle name
Surname
Name
To add macros to the text of a mailing message, set the rates to the required place in the message and click on the required macros.
Each of the delivery list recipients will receive a message indicating their Name (Given name, Middle Name, Surname, depending on the selected macros) in the form in which the Name is indicated in the Contact card of the delivery recipient in Creatio.

In addition to existing macros (Given Name, Middle Name, Surname, Name), you can add custom macros.
Add custom macros
Only columns of the Contact object of the Text format can be added to macros
1. Go to the workplace Studio and open the section Lookups or go to the section Lookups from the System Designer ⚙️
2. Click Add lookup and select Macros BS at the object field
3. Set lookup name, for example - Macros BS
4. Click Save
Note. Skip steps 1-4 if the lookup was added earlier
5. Open the contents of the added lookup and click Add
6. Fill in the following fields:
Name – enter a name that will be displayed to the user when creating a delivery
Description – how the macro is displayed in the Bulk message body field, should be in the format: [#Path#] (for example, [#MobilePhone#])
Path – enter the column code of the Contact object (for example, MobilePhone)
7. Click Save
The created macros will be displayed in the left panel of the delivery card
Chatbot
When choosing the delivery type – Chatbot, in the Chatbot field, select the operator of the Chatbot type that will be sent to the delivery recipients.
The work of a chatbot in a delivery message is exactly the same as in a regular chat with a chatbot.
Delivery start type
There are delivery start types:
By command
When you select the Delivery start type – By command, the Send button is displayed in the top panel of the delivery card.
When you click on the button, a one-time delivery will be sent.
By schedule
When you select the Delivery start type – By schedule, a new tab will appear in the delivery card – Delivery Schedule.
On the tab, you can configure the schedule for launching the delivery.
To set up the schedule, you need to select the Process launch frequency, fill in the appropriate fields and click Add to schedule

After adding the delivery to the schedule and if the current date and time are within the interval specified in the Timer period (> Start date and time and < End date and time), then the delivery card will have the Active checkbox set.
To remove a delivery from the schedule, click Remove from Schedule
Recipients
In the recipients of the delivery, you can add both individual contacts and contacts added to groups. You can also exclude individual contacts from the recipient list. For example, if you want to send a delivery to a specific group of contacts, excluding individual contacts.
Add Contact
Go to the Recipients tab
On the Details of Delivery recipients, click + and select the required contacts
A delivery will be sent to the selected contacts
Contacts added this way will have the value Added manually = Yes
Add contact group
Go to the Recipients tab
On the Recipients group detail, click + select the required groups
Next to the Recipients detail, click Actualize
Contacts from the selected groups will be added to the delivery recipients
Contacts added this way will have the value Added manually = No
Exclude from recipients
Typically used when working with contact groups
Go to the Recipients tab
On the details Can't be recipients click + select the required contacts
Selected contacts will not receive delivery
Channels
On the Channels tab, select the channels through which the delivery will be performed.
If the recipient of the delivery has several channels linked, for example, Telegram and Facebook Messenger, the delivery to this recipient will be sent to the channel with position 1.
Positions can be changed manually.
Create sending messages
Before creating a delivery, study the Configure delivery
Go to the Beesender workplace, to the Outbound section
Click Add
In the window that opens, fill in the required data:

Delivery status
In the distribution card, you can see the status of the distribution in the Status field.
Delivery can be in the following statuses:
Ready to launch
Pending
Performed
Completed
On the Recipients tab, you can track which of the recipients was delivered / not delivered a message.
Restrictions
The recipient of the delivery can only be a Contact in Creatio who has at least one communication channel on the details of the communication options.
It is also necessary that at least one Beesender chat exists with this recipient.
All chats with the recipient at the time of sending delivery must be closed.
