Before installing the package, make sure you have the Beesender licenses and an active token.
Installing the Beesender application from Marketplace
Go to Application Hub
Click New application
Select Marketplace powered
Select the application Beesender Chat Master for Creatio or Beesender Bot Master for Creatio
Click Install
Done. The Beesender package has been successfully installed on your environment. You can go to the configuration
Installing the Beesender application from File
Go to Application Hub
Click New application
Select Install from file
Click Select file
Select the Beesender-Chat-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 or Beesender-Bot-Master-for-Creatio-3.2 package received from Beesender tech support
Click Open
Done. The Beesender package has been successfully installed on your environment. You can go to the configuration
Note. If you encounter errors while installing the package, click Download log and contact Beesender technical support using any of the available methods.
Compilation
If you are installing a package with a new version of Beesender, then after installation it is necessary to compile system.
Go to the System designer
Go to the Advanced settings
Click Compile
Select Compile all
