In the Beesender workplace there is a Beesender chats section. This section is a list of all chats.

There are 4 buttons in the section header:

  1. List

  2. Dashboards

  3. Beesender chat configuration

  4. Communication panel (This button is only available if the current user is an agent)

List

The header contains a quick filter that allows you to sort chats by today's date, week, specific period of time, agent and others.

By default, the Beesender chats section displays the following columns:

  1. Created on

  2. Name

  3. Contact’s channel name

  4. Agent

  5. Channel

  6. Closed

  7. Type

  8. Category

Through the Beesender chats section you can close an open chat using the ‘Close chat’ button, which is displayed if you select an entry with this chat.
