  2. Closed checkbox which displays whether the current chat is closed or not

  3. Contact

  4. Channel (not editable)

  5. Contact’s channel name (not editable)

  6. Agent

  7. How the chat was closed (not editable)

  8. Type

  9. Category (not editable)

  10. Chat Subcategory
