Licensing

To start working with Beesender chats, you need to have licenses and token.

You can request a Beesender token directly from Creatio during the initial chat setup. To renew the token, please contact technical support.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to obtain a token for Beesender chats during the initial setup in Creatio:

  1. Go to the System Designer.

  2. Open the Beesender chat configuration section in the Import and integration tab.

  3. Click on the Don’t have a token? button in the new window that opens.

  4. Fill in the following fields in the next window:

    • Company name: Enter the name of your company.

    • Email address: Enter the contact person's email address.

  5. Click Send.

  6. Once the token is successfully obtained, the Token field will be filled in (You will receive a token valid for 2 weeks).

We do not share your data with third parties. All data is stored within our CRM system Creatio. To extend your token after payment, please use the email address provided when requesting the temporary token.

  4. Fill in the following fields in the next window:

    • Account name: Enter the name of your company.

    • Phone number: Enter the contact person's phone number.

    • Email: Enter the contact person's email address.

  5. Click Send.

  6. Once the token is successfully obtained, the Token field will be filled in (You will receive a token valid for 2 weeks).

Request a token via email

Contact Beesender technical support to extend the token by sending an email to support@beesender.com. In the email, specify the company name and sale details.
