Configuring Endpoint and adding API channel
Let’s start with adding a custom channel in Creatio (pic. 1)

To add the custom channel you need to type your Endpoint address, which will receive operator and chat-bot answers from Creatio.
After adding this channel, the system will send a test hook to the specified address. Use received id in API requests.
