  1. Install the BeesenderWaMfmsJson package (available from Beesender technical support). Then in the “Advanced settings” (Configuration) generate the source code (“Actions” → “Generate for all schemas”) and compile (“Compile” → “Compile all”).

  2. In Creatio: go to “System Designer” → “Chat settings” → "Channels" tab → Click "+" → Select WhatsApp channel

  3. A window will open in which the following fields should be filled in:

-Channel name (set manually);

-ApiKey (taken from Edna’s personal account, on the “Profile” tab);

-Phone number (taken from Edna’s personal account, “Summary” tab. When copying, remove all spaces and brackets in the number);

-Subject (taken from Edna’s personal account, “Summary” tab);

-WebHook. The URL from this field should be copied and pasted into Edna’s personal account → “Integration” → “Testing” → “Incoming messages are sent to”;

-Status Webhook. The URL from this field should be copied and pasted into Edna’s personal account → “Integration” → “Testing” → “Message statuses are sent to”.

 

Attention! If when generated in Creatio the webhook in its link has balance.beesender.com/beesenderhook/wa/twilio/ , then you will need to replace manually it with https://balance.beesender.com/beesenderhook/wa/mfms/json/.


After filling out all the fields and entering the Webhook URL in Edna’s account, you can click the “Add” button in Creatio. Channel created.
