Preparatory stage. The Creatio system to which you plan to connect Facebook must have the current Beesender package installed. You can install Beesender from the Creatio marketplace by following this link.

Connecting the Facebook wall to Beesender follow next steps. From whether there is already a group on Facebook, the sequence of steps depends. If you already have one, you should follow Add Facebook channel in Creatio. If not, start from Create a page on Facebook.

Notice: Only the operator, not the chatbot, can communicate from the Facebook page.

Create a page on Facebook

Go to the Facebook and select Pages tab

2. Click Create new Page

3. Fill in the fields:

Page name
Category

4. Click Create Page

5. Fill in the fields (optional step) on the 3 next steps on facebook and click Next

7. Select checkbox at your discretion

8. Click Done

Your Facebook page is already done

Add Facebook channel in Creatio

1. Go to the System designer > Chat configuration > Channels

2. Click + and select Facebook

3. Fill in the fields

4. Click Continue with Facebook

5. Click Continue

6. Click Edit Setting

7. Select your page and click Next

8. Set Yes on all checkboxes and click Done

9. Click OK

10. Select your page from the list and click Attach page

11. Click ADD

At this step, the adding of Facebook page is finished and, after attaching this channel to an agent, customers can write on your wall on Facebook.

Notice: Don’t forget to add this channel to the agent (not to a chatbot).
