Facebook

Connecting the Facebook wall to Beesender follow next steps. From whether there is already a group on Facebook, the sequence of steps depends. If you already have one, you should follow Add Facebook channel in Creatio. If not, start from Create a page on Facebook.

Notice: Only the operator, not the chatbot, can communicate from the Facebook page.

Create a page on Facebook

  1. Go to the Facebook and select Pages tab

2. Click Create new Page

  1. Select the page type and click Next

  1. Fill in the fields:

  • Page name

  • Category

  1. Click Create Page

  1. Fill in the fields (optional step) on the 4 next steps on facebook and click Next

  1. Select checkbox at your discretion and click Done

Your Facebook page is already done

Add Facebook channel in Creatio

  1. Go to System Designer → Beesender Chat Configuration → Channels tab.

  2. Click + next to the Channels detail.

  3. Select Facebook.

  1. Click Continue with Facebook

5. Enter the password for the Facebook user who is the administrator of the Facebook page

6. Click Edit Setting

7. Select your page and click Next

8. Set Yes on all checkboxes and click Done

9. Click OK

10. Select your page from the list and click Attach page

  1. If the synchronization is successful, the window will show the status "Successfully"

  1. Fill in the following fields:

    • Channel name - Any name of your choice

    • Chat weight - Optional

    • Channel link - Optional

  2. Click ADD

The Facebook channel setup is complete. After saving the channel, assign agents (not to a chatbot) and start working with chats.
