Preparatory stage. The Creatio system to which you plan to connect Facebook messanger must have the current Beesender package installed. You can install Beesender from the Creatio marketplace by following this link.

Connecting the Facebook Messenger to Beesender follow next steps. If you already have a page on Fecebook, you should follow Add Facebook messenger channel to Creatio. If not, start from Create a page on Facebook.
Add Facebook Messenger channel to Creatio
1. Go to the System designer > Chat configuration > Channels
2. Click + and select Facebook
3. Fill in the fields click Continue with Facebook
4. Click Attach page
5. Click ADD
At this step, the addition of Facebook Messenger is finished and, after attaching this channel to the bot or operator, customers can write messages from your page on Facebook Messenger.
